Sujata Kafle

Sujata Kafle joined Karkee Law Firm as a "Law Clerk" at the outset. Since then, she has been actively involved in real estate closings and has developed strong expertise in residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinancings, and post-closing matters.

In Canada, she has completed an Accounting and Payroll diploma from Trios College and a placement from Minthorn & Associates. She also worked at Accountemps as an accounts receivable and accounts payable officer.

After immigrating to Canada, Ms. Kafle initially worked as a customer support representative for more than 5 years, then worked as a supervisor at various food chains and retail stores. Problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal communication are skills she has gained.

Ms. Kafle has excellent communication skills in Nepali, English, and Hindi. One of the best qualities of her communication with clients is that she resolves any queries and disputes within her authority and escalates them to her seniors when needed. She is dutiful, a fast learner, passionate about her work, and committed to using her skills effectively.

Ms. Kafle has completed Master's Degree in Business Studies in 2005 from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. In Nepal, she worked as an administrative officer at Chartered Academics International in Kathmandu from 2001 to 2002. She created and maintained student enrollment records and planned and prepared class schedules and students' extracurricular activities.

Ms. Kafle also worked as an administrative officer in the Chartered College of Management and Accounts in Nepal from 2003 to 2005. She coordinated faculty members regarding class schedules and managed the marketing department.
